疫情防控中社会治理制度之完善

疫情防控是对我国国家治理体系的集中考验。本文以社会治理制度为着眼点,探讨新冠肺炎疫情防控中社会治理存在的不足并提出相应的建议。坚持和发挥制度优势,这既是抗击疫情、战胜疫情的重要手段,也是今后疫情防控的主要抓手。针对疫情防控中出现的治理问题,应以制度为突破口,补齐短板,完善与疫情防控相关的体系和机制,以有效提升社会治理效能。

Improvement of Social Governance System in Epidemic Prevention and Control

Epidemic prevention and control is a concentrated test of China’s national governance system.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is the focus of social control system.This paper discusses the shortcomings of social governance in new crown pneumonia prevention and control,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.Adhering to and giving full play to the institutional advantages is not only an important means to fight against and defeat the epidemic,but also the main starting point for epidemic prevention and control in the future.In view of the governance problems in the epidemic prevention and control,we should take the system as the breakthrough point,make up the weaknesses,and improve the system and mechanism related to the epidemic prevention and control,so as to effectively improve the social governance efficiency.
