| 摘 要： | 少数民族在长期社会生活中形成的,有助于当地社会秩序稳定和进行社会管理的"习惯法",已经在少数民族群众中普及和深入人心.因而,它成为了特定群体认可和遵循的"法".它在维护特定区域内的治安中起到了"国家制定法"不可替代的作用,它与国家法具有双重效力.

| Abstract: | The customary law in Guizhou minority which was formed in daily life over a long period of time is beneficial to stability of social order and management. Therefore, the customary law becomes a law which was followed and approved by the special group. The customary posses dual legal effect because it is not replaced by standard law in function on uphold social order. |
