Abstract: | In order to determine the time of inflicting mechanical trauma, values of electric conduction of skeletal muscles were measured taking into consideration postmortem interval and temperature of an object tested. Electric conduction of traumatized and intact muscles was determined within 0, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hr of posttraumatic period directly after death (the 1st series of observations) and in different postmortal periods. The results of investigations disclose presence of certain time-course changes in parameters of electric conductivity of skeletal muscles depending on time of posttraumatic period. |
