| 摘 要： | 宽严相济刑事政策是当前我国主要的刑事政策如何理解其准确含义,并在实践中灵活运用是当前亟待解决的问题.本文从审判实践出发,针对审判实践问题,提出运用该政策应坚持的原则及应注意和完善的问题.

| Abstract: | Both-strict-and-lenient criminal policy is the main criminal policy of China's current policy.How to understand its precise meaning and flexibly use it in practice is an issue requiring urgent solution currently.Based on the trial practice and aimed at the trial practice,the paper put forward the principles to uphold in using the policy and the problems should pay attention to and improve. |
