| Abstract: | Local Legal Construction: Theory and Empirical Research is a legal work which has great guidance on judicial practice.The book distinguishes itself with a sharp eye on judicial practice and through empirical research means.Based on local law-making practice,the book presents the local legal construction with a seeking-truth-from-facts manner,disclosing the inner principles and China-styled characteristics enclosed in local legal construction.The approaches used in the book are enlightening in research work of Chinese legal sciences. |
