论列宁和俄共（布）发展先进文化的尝试

列宁和俄共（布）在无产阶级掌握政权以前提出，必须提倡先进的文化，即彻底的民主主义的文化和社会主义的文化，用这种文化教育无产阶级和人民群众，促进社会主义革命和社会主义建设事业的发展。十月革命胜利后，他们认识到先进文化是人类在旧社会创造的全部知识合乎规律的发展，苏维埃制度有利于先进文化的发展，并且采取有效措施如利用现成学校推进教育工作促进先进文化，发展社会教育促进先进文化等等。苏俄新经济政策时期，他们将发展先进文化的思想和实践提升到一个新的水平。

An Exploration into the Advocacy of the Advanced Culture by Lenin and his Soviet Communist Party(Bolshevic)

Lenin and his Proletarian Party (Bolshevic) proposed to advocate the advanced culture, i.e. the thoroughgoing democratic and socialist culture, which is employed to educate the Proletariat and the public, and to advance both the socialist revolution and its construction even before the October Revolution.After the revolution, they got to know that the advanced culture is built on the past social knowledge created by humankind, and that the Soviet Institution can favorably accelerate the advanced culture. In addition, they took many effective ways, such as to promote the education and to develop the culture, and to promote the culture by developing social education, and so on. During the period of Soviet new economic policy, they push the theory and practice of developing the advanced culture to a new stage.
