市民社会的建构与我国政治现代化的实现

中国的体制改革采取渐进式的发展模式，走的是一种从体制内到体制外、从经济体制到政治体制的由浅入深的发展道路。当今中国的改革进入了深水区，要求政治体制必须进行相应的改革，实现政治现代化。当前中国的政治体制面临着前所未有的挑战，具体表现为政府权威合法性的削弱、“软政权化”，以及社会公众在政治参与上的政治冷漠感。实现我国政治现代化，构建发达、健全的市民社会具有重大的意义。

The Constructing of Civil Society and the realization of Political Modernization in China

The systematical reform of China takes a gradual development pattern,in a way from internal system to external system.It is twenty years now since China's reform and opening to the outside world,our country's market ecnomy has gained great development,nowadays the reform in China enters the deepwater ared,requires corresponding reform in political system.The political system of China is facing unprecedented challenge presently,particularly in the weakening of governmental authority , the decline of state independence and the public's indifferance in political participation.To realize political modernization of China,it is very significant to construct powerful and robust civil society.
