反右扩大化后党和国家政治生活的异常发展

1957年发生的反右派斗争扩大化造成了当代中国民主化进程的挫折与断裂。这一严重的后果首先经由党和国家的政治生活领域而凸现出来。此后，群众性的政治运动此起彼伏，民主法制建设不断削弱，个人崇拜日渐盛行。这些日益扭曲和变形的政治生活的不断积聚和发展，终于导致了化大革命时期政治危机的总爆发。政治发展过程是阶段性和连续性的有机统一。就阶段性而言，“化大革命”前10年党和国家政治生活的异常发展，实际上成为“化大革命”发生的主要原因之一。以连续性来说，反右扩大化后20年间当代中国政治发展中的挫折与倒退，又为新时期的民主政治建设提供了重要的动力资源。

The Abnormal Development in the Political Life of CCP and the State After the Anti-right Deviation Movement in 1957

It is the anti-right deviation movement in 1957 that had prevented the contemporary China' s democratic process from going forward. The disastrous outcome that the movement had brought about found expression in the political life of CCP and the initial state. What followed then was the continual mass movement which had weakened the constructions of democracy and legal systems and made the personal cult more and more popular. The development and accumulation of all twisted political life had eventually caused the outburst of the political crisis during the Cultural Revolution.
