侦查学与行为科学简

侦查学归属于哪门学科，似乎并未引起专业学者们很大关注。按照系统论而言，是研究学科自身传承与环境的问题，也就是应该推理其许多研究的体系问题，如学科的逻辑起点、学科系统建设、系统建制后的核心要素与其他要素关系等重大问题。这些都是学科研究不可绕过的。

Criminal Investigation and Behavioral Science

The question that which subject should criminal investigation is classified to be has not attracted much attention of professionals. In fact, this question, according to the system theory, should be an issue concern- ing the research of its own inherence and environment. In other words, it is a systematic question reasoning many researches of it. This systematic question includes, for instance, the logic beginning of this subject, the establish- ment of subject system, the relation between the key element and other elements after the system establishment, which should not be ignored at all.
