| 摘 要： | 自2000年以来,学界和实务界关于警察执法权益保护的讨论逐渐增多。总体而言,我国以法律法规等规范性文件为基础,以警务督察制度为核心的內部保护机制和以社会建设为中心的外部保护环境已逐步建立和形成。但是这一机制尚存诸多不足。立足于对这些制度的运行实效分析和运行环境评估,辨析其利弊,进行有针对性的改进和改善乃当务之急。

| Abstract: | Since 2000 , the discussion on rights and interests protection of police law enforcement in the aca-demic circle and the practical circle has gradually increased .Generally speaking , the external protection mechanism is gradually established on the basis of normative documents of the laws and regulations .Its core is the social construction internal mechanism of policing supervision system , and the center is the social construction .But there are many problems in these systems .This paper tries to analyze the operation effectiveness of the current systems and assess the operation surroundings with the aim of looking for further improvement . |
