| 摘 要： | 品格证据作为证明被告人性格特征、名声或者声誉、行为倾向和以前实施的行为的证据,对于评价被告人人身危险性、社会危害性、再犯的可能性等事项具有重要的作用。在对被告人进行量刑时,应该充分地考虑品格证据,以实现准确公正的量刑。

| Abstract: | The character evidence, which can be used to prove the defendant＇ s character, fame or reputation, behavior tendency and previous behavior, plays a very important role in evaluating the defendant＇ s dangerousness, social harmfulness, and the probability of recidivism. When sentencing the defendant, the character evidence should be fully taken into account, so as to achieve accurate and fair sentencing. |
