| 摘 要： | 除诉讼监督、职务犯罪监督等传统监督以外,检察机关还应当强化以监所监督、行政监督为重点的法律监督;创新监督机制,大胆运用检察建议、案例指导等多种方式;大力提高干警政治、业务素质,加强基层检察院和检察文化建设,从而全方位提升监督能力和水平,实现检察工作服务科学发展与自身科学发展的有机统一,提高检察公信力。

| Abstract: | In addition to litigation supervision and supervision on duty crimes and other traditional crimes, procuratorial organs should also strengthen the prison supervision and administrative supervision; Meanwhile, in or- der to improve the credibility of prosecution, procuratorial organs should innovate supervision mechanism, boldly make use of procuratorial proposals, case guidance and other means; vigorously improve the policemen＇ s political ~ and professional quality, and strengthen the construction of grassroots protectorate and prosecution culture, trying to enhance all - round ability and level of supervision and achieve the scientific development of prosecutorial work. |
