网络社会治安问题及对策研究

随着计算机网络技术的发展,网络社会治安问题日益突出。由于网络社会不同于现实社会,原有的传统治安管理模式在网络面前显得有些力不从心。因此,在寻求管理对策时,要结合网络社会治安的特点,注重传统管理手段与科学技术的结合,网上与网下的结合。同时,要坚持"打防结合,重在预防"的理念,群策群力,共同打造和谐安定的网络社会环境。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Social Security of Network

With the development of internet technology, social security of network has become a hot issue. Network society being different from the realistic society, the traditional security management mode appears to be powerless in network society. Therefore, in the search of management countermeasures, the following principles should be abided by, i. e. , considering the features of the social security of network, paying attention to the combi- nation of traditional management methods with scientific technology, and combining the online situation with offline situation. At the same time, we should keep the concept of ＂combining punishment with prevention, with emphasis on the latter＂, mobilizing all social forces to create a harmonious and stable social environment.
