Investigation Dilemma and Countermeasures of Moving Theft Case under the Background of Informatization

Along with the rapid economic development, information technology and transportation provide more convenience for people＇ s life, however, they also provide a new way for the offenders to commit long - distance moving eases. And in such cases, moving theft case is the most common one.
