网络反腐的制度化构建

网络反腐作为我国反腐事业的新形式,是网络社会监督权力的新模式,在反腐实践中发挥着十分重要的作用。网络反腐的兴起有其内部发展动力,并存在理论及实践上的合理性,深受广大网民及政府的青睐。但由于网络反腐本身的偶然性、娱乐性等不足严重制约了网络反腐的发展,给国家、社会、个人的合法权益造成损害。完善网络反腐,充分发挥其优势迫在眉睫。网络反腐制度化、规范化,即通过确定网络反腐主体、搭建网络反腐平台、明确网络反腐相关法律责任等是将网络反腐效能最大化的重要途径。
