| 摘 要： | 通过对辩诉交易制度的起源和发展动因、辩诉交易制度在我国的现状以及我国目前司法环境与辩诉交易制度要求间的差距等问题的论述,阐明我国引进辩诉交易应注意的问题,进而对中国式辩诉交易制度的程序设计提出建议。

| Abstract: | This essay aims to illustrate the origin and development motivation of Plea Bargaining, its current situation in China and the distance between current forensic setting and the requirement of Plea Bargaining, trying to clarify the problems which should be noticed while Plea Bargaining is introduced into China, and then put forward some suggestions on how to improve the design of procedures in Plea Bargaining. |
