警务战术技能与运动技能之间的关系

近些年,针对全国公安民警在侦查办案、执行抓捕犯罪嫌疑人时出现的追不上、打不赢、说不过的问题,在2004年公安部组织开展了警务战术技能的大练兵活动,取得了良好的效果。尽管使民警的体能素质和执法中的战术意识有所提高,但是目前仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。通过对警务战术技能与体育运动技能的关系进行分析,论证警务战术技能和运动技能的关系,分析警察在执法过程中民警警务战术技能不过硬的问题,可以提高民警的执法自我保护意识,更好地为人民服务。

The Relationship between Police Tactical Skills and Sports Skills in China

For the problems existing in the investigation and capture of a criminal among the nation -wide po- lice force such as ＂deficiency in chase, fight and argument＂, the Ministry of Public Security therefore mobilized the campaign ＂The Great Exercise and Training for Police Technical Skills＂ in 2004, as a result, though the physi- cal quality and tactical awareness of the police force improved, there still existed some problems. This article is to analyze and demonstrate the relationship between police tactical skills and sport skills, and to discuss problems of poor skills in law enforcement, aiming to improve the awareness of self - protection and do a better service for peo- ple.
