法学实践教学的比较与借鉴

法学实践教学是法学教育的重要一环。西方两大法系国家虽法律传统与现实国情存在差异,但对法学实践教学均给予了高度重视,只是具体模式和做法又有不同。借鉴西方两大法系国家的有益经验,我国应在充分认识法学实践教学意义的基础上,完善实务课程设置、充实实践教学的内容、丰富和改进实践教学的方式、规范评估和考核的方式。

Comparison and Reference about Practical Teaching of Law

Practical teaching of law is one important part of the law education. Although the legal tradition and national conditions differ in the western countries of two legal systems, practical teaching of law has been equally paid high attention besides some differences of teaching mode and methods. Learning the valuable experience from western countries, our country shall perfect the practical course installation, enrich the contents of practice teach- ing, diversify and improve the practice teaching methods, and standardize the assessment and evaluation methods on the basis of fully understanding the teaching significance of practical teaching of law.
