| 摘 要： | 在侦查实践中,有相当比例的无名尸体案件存在查找尸源难或查找工作低效率现象,而对有效查明尸源的措施,理论上也存在系统归纳的缺失,这使得对无名尸案中有效查明尸源方法的讨论尤为必要。文章以务实的角度系统探讨了查找尸源的价值及途径。

Meanwhile research on ascertaining the identity of the victim is very few in terms of theory systematically. Therefore, this paper discusses on the value and ways to ascertain the identity of the victim. |
