我国当前消费、投资比例关系研究

当前我国经济发展中出现了投资增长过快、消费增长相对缓慢的现象,经济增长呈明显的投资主导型模式。要实现国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展,必须使经济增长的重心转移到消费上来,创造一个有利于包括消费和投资在内的再生产顺畅进行的制度框架和政策环境。在完善社会保障体制、健全投资体制、提高居民收入水平等方面,促进消费和投资按内在的发展趋势协调变动,从而带动整个经济的良性循环。

Research on the Ratio Relationships between China''''s Present Consumption and Investment

There arises the problem of excessive investment growth and the relative slowing-down of consumption growth in China's present economic development, and as a result, China's economic growth is characterized with the obvious mode of investment dominance. It's therefore necessary to shift the focus of economic growth to consumption and to create a favorable system structure and policy environment for the smooth development of reproduction including both consumption and investment so as to realize the sustainable quick and healthy development of the national economy. It's also necessary to promote the coordinated change of consumption and investment according to the inner development law between the two in the aspects of perfecting social security system, improving investment systems and raising people's living standards so as to promote the virtuous circle of the economy as a whole.
