| 摘 要： | 重大责任事故罪是实践中常见多发的一种过失犯罪,然而我国现行刑法对该罪的构成要件的设计及法定刑的配置方面都存在缺陷,本文就此相关问题进行了探讨,并重新设置了构成要件和法定刑。

| Abstract: | Crime of negligently causing a serious accident is a negligent crime th at often happens in pratice,but there exist deficiencies in the constitutive ele ments of the crime and statutory sentence thereof in Chinese criminal law.The pa per probes into these questions,and tries to redesign and reallocate the constit utive elements and statutory sentence of the crime. |
