| Abstract: | Maintaining workers＇ professional salty- health rights is an important responsibility for the unions in enterprises. We should build and perfect the supervising and checking system for mass safety and health, realize the unions＇ rights given by law on safety in production and Law on employment contract and put the unions＇ rights to maintaining workers＇ safety and health into practice. |
