| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyses the defition of culture, the relationship between culture and economic development, and the embodiment of the concept of culture. Furthermore, with Zhejiang Province as a case for studying, it discusses that quality-based human capital has playing a key role in promoting Zhejiang's economic growth, and that some absence of knowledge-based human capital could defer Zhejiang's further development. It also provides some solutions to promote Zhejiang's knowledge-based human capital. Using this example, the paper explores the energy of cultural support for developing the economy. |
