| Abstract: | Economic crime is a special historical phenomenon in the area of crime.Influenced by the economy globalization,economic crime has become the main emphasis of the criminal legislation.In some countries advanced in government by law,economic crime is regarded as a light crime,and a special procedure is established in the criminal lawsuit.There are flaws in both substantive law and procedural law of our country.It is an effective way of controlling economic crime to enrich punishment means in substantive law of our country,to establish special procedure and measures in procedural law,learning from the advanced experience in the light of China＇s national conditions. |
