加入WTO后社会中介组织的能力开发与建设

中国加入世贸组织后 ,政府的行为必须符合世贸组织原则的规定 ,强化和提升社会中介组织的能力是政府应对全球化趋势和适应入世要求的基本手段。面对新的生存环境 ,社会中介组织的服务、沟通、协调、监督等作用和职能也有了新的内容。为充分发挥社会中介组织的作用 ,必须从思想观念的转变、法律规则的制定、内外部管理体制的完善等方面为其创造能力开发和建设的良好环境。

Development And Construction of The Social Intermediary Organizations After Entering WTO

After Chinas entering WTO, the government should respond to the globalization and act under the principle of WTO. For this reason, it is a basic measure to strengthen and improve the functions of the social intermediary organization. The functions of the social intermediary organization such as service, communication, coordination and supervision must be added some new comtents under the new environment. In order to bring the social intermediary organization into full play, we must create a good environment for the development and construction of it through changing the concept, enacting laws and perfecting inner and outer management system, etc.
