警察职业倦怠的调查分析

目的:调查和了解警察的职业倦怠状况.方法:使用四川警察学院课题组编制的警察职业倦怠量表,采用整群分层抽样的方法,选取四川各市州公安民警作为调查对象.结果:在调查样本中,过半的民警具有不同程度的职业倦怠,有15.1%民警属于高倦怠范畴;通过对各变量在职业倦怠各因子上的差异性检验,在性别变量和警种变量上有显著性差异;通过回归分析,回归方程具有显著线性关系,其结果显示性别是影响警察职业倦怠最重要因素,年龄、文化程度、警种、婚姻状况等变量也不同程度地影响着警察职业倦怠.结论:多数警察有不同程度的职业倦怠,在男性、治安、侦查警上尤其显著.

A Survey on the Job-Burnout of Policemen

Objective: to survey the status of the job-burnout of policemen. Method: the Policemen Job-Burnout Scale developed by the project team in Sichuan Police College was administrated on the policemen in each city of Sichuan province.
