| 摘 要： | 公司是社会整体的重要构成单元,由于其利益与整体社会的浑然一体,决定其必然分担一定的社会责任;同时,公司行为客观上影响他人具有涉他性,必须接受公法之管制,遂导致其社会责任的承担;而从公司自身有效运转来讲,亦迫切需要以社会责任为压力,促进其民主管理机制的形成。

| Abstract: | Companies are an important constitutional unit of the society. Since their interests are rooted in the society and their behaviors are closely related to others objectively, they have to be bound by the public law. This means that they are bound to take certain social responsibilities. In addition, efficient operation of the companies needs the pressure from the society so as to formulate democratic administrative mechanisms. |
