完善检察机关对侦查讯问的法律监督

当前,由于侦查人员与犯罪嫌疑人之间权利配置失衡,导致刑讯逼供等非法讯问行为屡禁不止,社会反响强烈,作为法律监督机关的人民检察院对侦查讯问监督的重要作用突显。而司法实践中,对侦查讯问中出现的诸多问题,检察机关的法律监督由于自身存在缺陷无法对其有效制约。因此,完善我国检察机关对侦查讯问的法律监督,进一步强化检察机关法律监督职能,以维护司法公正和保障犯罪嫌疑人的人权,成为侦查监督制度改革的重要内容。
