| 摘 要： | 自主创新能力差是长期制约我国企业竞争力的软肋。我国企业要应对当前的金融危机,必须尽快形成以创新为基础的新竞争优势,提高自主创新能力,坚持需求导向,强化企业主体地位,完善鼓励技术创新和科技成果产业化的法制保障、政策体系、激励机制及市场环境。
