政治文明是人们改造社会过程中所获得的积极的政治成果。中西方政治文明体系不存在优劣高低之分 ,应该相互学习和借鉴。在丰富和发展我们的社会主义政治文明的过程中 ,主要应向西方学习宪政、法治、民主和分权的精神与体制。

The Enlightenment to us From the West Political Civilization

Political civilization is the positive fruit achieved from the procession of people's remaking the Society. There aren't fine or bad difference between the Chinese political civilization and the west political civilization.China and the west should learn and use for reference from each other. In the procession of enriching and developing our socialist political civilization,we should mainly learn the spirits and systems of the constitutionalism,the rule of law,democracy and the separation of powers from the west.
