| Abstract: | The provisions of criminal law are more and more subtle,the types of accusations are more and more complicated,and the expression of accusations is more and more detailed and specific.However,From the perspective of philosophy,the over elaborate criminal law is contrary to the theory of unity of quality and dialectical epistemology;From the perspective of jurisprudence,too fine criminal law violates the theory of stability,fuzziness and simplification of law;From the perspective of legal practice,too fine criminal law restricts the application of criminal law and affects the understanding of criminal law;From the perspective of criminal law methodology,too fine criminal law violates the thinking of type,coordination and interpretation. |
