| 摘 要： | 邪教的危害性尽管人们已深知，但在具体打击邪教犯罪的过程中，却又存在着很多困难，具体表现在：基层组织建设薄弱，产生邪教的社会基础难以根除；立法滞后，反邪教国际合作等方面都存在着问题。认清上述因素并探讨解决问题的方法，是今后打击邪教犯罪的重要途径和手段。

| Abstract: | Although the harmfulness of vicious religion has gone deep into human mind, there are many difficulties in the process of beating vicious religion crime. Because of Chinese police work method and primary organization construction, the society base of vicious religion is difficult to eradicate. The legislation can meet the need. The cooperation of international anti-vicious religion exist problems. Recognizing above facts and exploring the method are the important way and measure in the future. |
