| 摘 要： | 研究了在相同培养条件下不同培养液、不同血清和不同细胞密度对绵羊睾丸细胞生长的影响 ,并对该细胞接种羊痘弱毒后的病变情况进行了观察。结果 ,3种培养液对绵羊睾丸细胞生长的支持作用表现为MEM液 >199液 >乳汉液 ,但差异不显著 ;用犊牛血清的最适细胞密度为8.0× 10 5～ 1.0× 10 6 /mL ,用成年牛血清的最适细胞密度为 1.0× 10 6 /mL ,用绵羊血清的最适细胞密度为 8.0× 10 5/mL ;原代培养生长良好的细胞接种羊痘弱毒后出现了明显的细胞病变
