A Legal Research on the Even Distribution of Land Price in the Real Estate Industry

The real estate industry accounts for much of the growth of GDP in the past decade. However, the ever-rising price of commercial houses leaves consumers continuously deploring about their fast growth of the price and the slow growth of their income. Therefore it is rather necessary for researches to be done on the legally feasible operation of the separation of the ownership of real estate properties and that of land by the introduction of even distribution of land price into the whole lease period.
