| Abstract: | According to the prodictions, Vietnam would reach the economic growth - rate of over 7- 9% if it could resolve successfully the above problem as well as renovate and open - more intensively, regulate good relations with China, USA, ASEAN, etc. and creat a better international environment to make businessmen at home and abroad feel more comfortable. |
