| 摘 要： | 美国的法律教育体制具有不同于其他国家的特点。申请入法学院的学生必须已在其他专业获得了学士学位。法学院在学位和课程的设置上有很大的灵活性．一般来说,学位有法律博士、法学硕士和法学博士三种,法律博士的课程是法学院的基本教育课程,学制为三年,法学硕士和法学博士属于法学院的研究生教育．美国法学院的教授在教学过程中多采用“案例教学法”。

| Abstract: | The law education system in America has characteristics different from other Countries. The applicant for the law school must have got a bachelor degree. Law schools provide diversified degrees and courses. Generally speak-ing, there are Juris Bachelor. Master of Laws and Doctor of Juridical Science. The courses of the Juris Bachelor, dura-tion of 3 years, are the basic courses of the school. Master of Laws and Doctor of Juridical Science are classified as the postgraduate education. "Case teaching" is often used in the teaching of American law schools. |
