社区矫正的本土化设想——以对象模式为基点

社区矫正作为与监禁矫正相对的行刑方式,体现了刑罚执行由监禁迈入非监禁的人道化阶段,其实施也已在世界许多国家取得良好的社会效益。而社区矫正目前在我国尚未建立统一体系,在适用对象、适用范围等方面的研究也有待加强。本文以社区矫正对象为切入点来构建我国本土化的社区矫正模式,希冀对该项制度做出有建设性的探索和研究。
