| 摘 要： | 在英语写作过程中,学习者拥有一定的元认知基础,能有意识地用英语进行写作并进行自我反省,同时对写作过程进行有效的规划、监控和评价,使写作成为学习者自觉、能动的认知活动。大学英语写作教学中由于学生缺乏有效地写作策略而存在种种问题,在教学过程中教师应指导学生运用元认知策略调节和监控自己的写作行为,提高写作能力。将元认知与大学英语写作教学融为一体,对深化英语课堂教学改革具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | This paper described the cognitive psychology process of writing in English by using the views of cognitive psychology.And the major problems of college English writing teaching for the lack of effective writing strategies of college students were investigated.Furthermore,the teachers are able to instruct students to apply metacognitive strategies regulate and monitor their writing act and improve their writing skills. |
