冷战后印韩关系的迅速发展及其影响

与冷战时期的相互淡漠相比,冷战后印韩关系迅速发展,21世纪以来急剧升温。促成两国关系迅速发展的因素包括两国的相互认知、两国的亚洲战略、美国的亚太战略部署以及亚太局势的变化。印韩关系的迅速发展已经并将继续影响亚洲的政治安全局势和亚洲经济共同体的构建前景。有鉴于此,中国应该将全球战略的重点转向亚洲,重新思考亚洲国际秩序的建构。

The Rapid Development of India- Korea Relationship after the Cold War and Its Influences

Different from the coldness during the period of the Cold War,the relationship between India and Korea developed rapidly after the Cold War.Since the 21st century,the relationship has warmed up drastically.All these changes were caused by the following factors: Their mutual cognitions,their Asian strategies,American strategic arrangements in Asia-Pacific region,and the balance changes of powers in Asia-Pacific region.The close relationship between India and Korea has had and will have influences on Asian political and security situation as well as the future of East Asia Economic Community.Considering these,China should focus its global strategy on Asia,and rethink the construction of Asian order.
