罪犯改造质量检测研究

本项研究在根据监狱工作实践和理论探索成果编制出罪犯监管改造、教育改造和劳动改造质量标准的基础上 ,运用这些标准对某监狱 5 2 9名罪犯进行了检测 ,结果表明罪犯年龄与改造质量成反比 ,罪犯文化程度与改造质量成正比 ,短刑犯的改造质量相对较差等 ,这为在改造罪犯工作实践中科学测定罪犯改造质量管理 ,有针对性地加强罪犯改造质量管理提供了科学依据。

The Criminal Reform Quality Examination Research

With the foundation of the prisoners reform education and correction, as well as the correction through labor, we test 529 prisoners in some prison in accordance with the standards, and find out: the prisoners age is reciprocal with the reform quality, their culture degree is in direct proportion with the reform quality. The reform qulity of shorter-time prisoners is worse than the long-time ones. This provides the scientific basic for the practice of the correction and improvement of the reform quality.
