| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin put forward the ideology of "managing state affairs by ethics", pointing out that managing state affairs within the framework of law should be combined with managing state affairs by ethics. Then what position does the united front leading by the Communist Party of China stand in managing state affairs by ethics? The writer has expounded the relations between the united front and managing state affairs by ethics from the nature and methodology of the united front. |
