| 摘 要： | 影像证据具有自然和法律的双重属性,有其自身的收集、保管和审查判断规律。数码影像的易伪造、易被篡改性不是不可克服的困难。对秘密取得的影像资料的证据效力问题应具体分析,辩正对待。
