东亚共同体的政治和法律问题研究

随着中、日、韩—东盟自贸区的先后建立,东亚国家间的经济合作和一体化进程进入了一个新的阶段。2009年日本前首相鸠山再度提议建立"东亚共同体",该建议引起了东亚各国的广泛关注和讨论。虽然东亚各国已认识到"东亚共同体"是未来东亚各国经济合作的必然趋势,然而,由于历史和现实的原因,东亚共同体的建立还面临诸多的政治和法律问题。这些问题表明"东亚共同体"的建立注定不会一帆风顺。

Study on the Political and Legal Issues of the East Asian Community

As the China,Japan and Korea—ASEAN FTAs were founded,their economic cooperation and integration have entered into a new era.In 2009,the ex-Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama suggested setting up "the East Asian Community" again,the suggestion has aroused extensive concern and discussion in east Asian nations.Every east Asian nations has realized " the East Asian Community " is becoming the absolute trend of east Asian economic cooperation,but because of many history and reality reasons,the set-up of "the East Asian Community" is confronted with many political and legal issues.The issues demonstrate that the set-up of "the East Asian Community" is destined not to go well.
