随着中、日、韩—东盟自贸区的先后建立,东亚国家间的经济合作和一体化进程进入了一个新的阶段。2009年日本前首相鸠山再度提议建立东亚共同体,该建议引起了东亚各国的广泛关注和讨论。虽然东亚各国已认识到东亚共同体是未来东亚各国经济合作的必然趋势,然而,由于历史和现实的原因,东亚共同体的建立还面临诸多的政治和法律问题。这些问题表明东亚共同体的建立注定不会一帆风顺。

Study on the Political and Legal Issues of the East Asian Community

As the China,Japan and Korea—ASEAN FTAs were founded,their economic cooperation and integration have entered into a new era.In 2009,the ex-Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama suggested setting up the East Asian Community again,the suggestion has aroused extensive concern and discussion in east Asian nations.Every east Asian nations has realized the East Asian Community is becoming the absolute trend of east Asian economic cooperation,but because of many history and reality reasons,the set-up of the East Asian Community is confronted with many political and legal issues.The issues demonstrate that the set-up of the East Asian Community is destined not to go well.
