| 摘 要： | 对中国哲学合法性的确认是中、西、马三家哲学对话的前提，世界全球化的潮流与中国现代化的目标使三家对话成为必要，而共同的“入文关怀”则使三家对话成为可能。中国哲学如果要与西、马开展对话与整合，必须使民族性融入现代性的价值体系之中，再用“文化再解释”的方法使现代性取得民族性形式。
