| 摘 要： | 各高校法学院都已认识到了实践教学的重要性,并开展了形式多样的法学实践教学机制创新。以福建师范大学法学院为例,其所实行的"模拟实训、法律诊所、基地建设"三位一体的应用型法治人才实践教学机制是一项有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Law schools in every university have recognized the importance of practice teaching, and carried out a variety of legal practice teaching mechanism innovations. Taking the law school of Fujian Normal University as an example, it is a beneficial exploration to begin the practical teaching mechanism of"simulated training, legal clinic and base construction". |
