对网络传销犯罪的社会网络分析法解析

In face of the internet pyramid selling crimes which are virtual, dispersive, and well-organized, it becomes a pressing problem for us to figure out how to find some clues, how to decide the criminal suspects, and how to command the structure of the pyramid organizations.Therefore, the social network analysis may be very helpful, since it can research all members in the pyramid selling organizations as well as their structure from the perspective of "relationship" through the quantitative and qualitative research methods.When adopting the social network analysis, firstly, investigators should collect all "relationship" information about the internet pyramid selling crimes, for example, the information flow, the capital flow and the personnel flow;secondly, based on the idea of specific social network analysis diagram and the matrix, investigators should construct the whole social structure relationships of the pyramid selling organizations which consist "actual and virtual" two levels;thirdly, investigators should make a comparison between the two levels so as to analyze the members inside the organizations, their structural characteristics, the operation framework and their behavior target.We believe that all these work can help to attack the internet pyramid selling crimes.
