On the Police Modernization in the Process of National Governance

With the development of democratic and political society in our country, China has been experien-cing some changes in national governance mode, governance subject and governance core. Under this background, as an important part of the national governance reform, the police modernization has made corresponding adjust-ments, which agrees with the governancereform, in the aspects of police connotation, form and major functions. With the promotion ofnational governance, it is believed that the police modernization should be further improved in policing concept, policing subject and policing style.
