山东省幼儿艺术教育现状分析

摘    要:山东省幼儿艺术教育的主要组织形式是幼儿园的特色班教育,其教育目标是培养幼儿兴趣,进行素质教育,实现幼儿的全面发展。其目标取向正确,教材教法基本符合幼儿的心理特点,但在教师专业素质及农村地区的普及方面仍存在问题。学习艺术对幼儿的个性发展有积极作用,要采用多种方式积极建设山东省幼儿教育信息交流平台,加强幼儿教师的理论素养,注重幼小衔接等发展策略。

The Analysis of Existing Pre-school Art Education in Shandong Province

Abstract:In recent years,the pre-school education work develops rapidly and healthily with the intensive educational reform in Shandong Province.There are such new hotspots as Pre-school Art Education and Pre-school English Education appearing in the field of pre-school education.In this paper the author analyses the current condition of Pre-school Art Education,which bases on the questionnaires.The main organizing form of the Pre-school Art Education in Shandong Province is the kindergarten education with distinguishing features.The educational aim is to cultivate children's interests and help them to develop in full scale.The teaching method basically accords with the psychological characteristic of the children.But there are still problems in the professional qualification of teachers and the popularization of education in rural areas.According to the interviews and analyses of many primary school teachers and parents,we conclude that the study of art has effective influences on children's personalities.At the same time,we put forward the strategies of establishing the communication platform of education information,strengthening the qualification of teachers and focusing on the link between kindergarten and primary school.
