| Abstract: | In modern law,the dynamic concept of justice is largely procedural justice and substantive justice and effective combination.Procedural justice emphasize that the true meaning of freedom of the parties,the real justice,rights and obligations of the importance of party balance.China’s current legal and judicial interpretation of the criteria for determining the validity of the contract is not uniform,showing either procedural justice or substantive justice,or justice of dynamic chaos.This paper analyzes the effect of the contract should be established to determine the dynamics of a unified concept of justice based on the concept of justice by applying the dynamic effect of standard terms to solve the problem. |
